His latest venture with his winemaking wife, Elena, and some vigneron mates is Dandelion Vineyards. Here's a very good Adelaide Hills chardonnay: it's pristine, fresh and vibrant fleshiness, ripe tropical flavours of white peach, nectarine and pineapple, finishing with zesty acidity.
