2014 Fairytale of the Barossa Rosé "Crushed and pressed grenache juice, wild yeast-fermented in used French barriques, remaining on lees for 12 weeks. Pink, not the expected salmon-pink, from barrel fermentation; the flavour focus, too, is on small red fruits, the barrel ferment providing texture the wine would not have otherwise had - and, perhaps just a nip on the finish to gain more attention."
